Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: the channel for reporting

Created the new communication channel in the context of Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policies

In order to collect any reports/complaints related to the areas of gender equality, diversity and inclusion, a special e-mail address pariopportunita@dussmann.it has been established where you can send reports about the following irregular conduct:
•   threat
•   violence
•   mobbing
•   harassment
•   verbal attacks
•   discrimination
•   physical attacks
•   working hours
•   freedom of association and right to bargain
•   remuneration

The reports must relate to situations that have involved/to the person/to the person or of which he/she has come to know due to the relationship with the Organization. 
Reports based on suspicion or rumour will not be taken into account, as the facts and the author of the reports must be substantiated.
The alert must therefore contain the following essential information in order to be effectively managed:
• The type of irregularity you wish to report;
• The description of what happened;
• The people involved;
• Location of the event; 
• Date and time of the event.

Personal data not strictly relevant to the alert shall not be sent, however, if sent, the Organization has the right to delete such information

Reports will be verified and handled by the Steering Committee - Diversity and Inclusion as soon as possible, ensuring that no form of retaliation or discrimination against the complainant is implemented.

The Committee is a has been established by the Organization to develop and implement its policy and principles of gender equality and diversity and inclusion and work actively to create and maintain the conditions necessary for a working environment that is as inclusive as possible is represented equally.
